A ramming attack killed 10 people and injured many more when a vehicle plowed into crowds on Bourbon Street in New Orleans overnight, city officials said. The Israeli foreign ministry said there were Israelis killed in the incident.
President Biden said on Wednesday there is “no justification” for what he called the “horrific” attack early on New Year’s Day in New Orleans, noting that the FBI was investigating it as an act of terrorism.
According to BBC News, the FBI is investigating the New Orleans vehicle ramming that killed 10 people and injured at least 35 others as an “act of terrorism” and the suspect is reportedly dead.
